MO-LAB II

MO-LAB II brings together agricultural teachers, training institutions and digital innovators from across Europe to rethink vocational education in agriculture. Based on an analysis of Agriculture 4.0 requirements, the project updates the competence profile of future farmers – from AI-assisted tools to sustainable practices – and, working closely with practitioners, develops six modular learning units and a freely accessible digital SMART platform for teachers, training institutions and farms. The aim is to keep agricultural training practice-oriented, future-proof and closely tied to real industry needs, and to make the sector more attractive to young people as a modern, meaningful profession.
