MO-LAB

MO-LAB focused on modernising vocational education in agriculture, with sustainable, future-oriented training models and closer alignment of vocational qualifications with technological, ecological and economic change in the sector. The project brought together partners from three very differently structured regions: Thuringia, with its comparatively large farms, Małopolska (Lesser Poland), with predominantly small-scale farms, and Estonia, with a high degree of digitalisation and broad acceptance of digital tools. Over an 18-month exchange, partners presented successful examples of development in their own countries to raise the shared level of knowledge and spark ideas for their own training practice – particularly regarding the demands of an increasingly digitalised Agriculture 4.0.
